Program Description

A new program established to provide financial relief for renters who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Assistance will be prioritized for applicants with the greatest economic and social need.

Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Household income must be at or below 80 percent of AMI at the time of application and prior to March 1, 2020.
โ€ข Must be paying more than 30 percent of their gross monthly income on rental payments at the time of application and prior to March 1, 2020.
โ€ข Must have had a reduction in monthly income in any month from April 2020 to July 2020.
โ€ข Must not be a recipient of rental assistance programs such as Section 8.
