A new program using federal funds established to provide financial relief for renters who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and are at risk of homelessness.

Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Household income must be at or below 80 percent of AMI.
โ€ข Must have had a loss of income, have compromised health status, or elevated risk of infection or vulnerability due to COVID-19 factors.
โ€ข Must be unstably housed, homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness, or fleeing domestic violence.
