Eligibility Criteria	• Household income must be at or below 80 percent of AMI. • Must have had a loss of income, have compromised health status, or elevated risk of infection or vulnerability due to COVID-19 factors. • Must be unstably housed, homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness, or fleeing domestic violence.
