Eligibility Criteria	• Must have a household income at or below 300 percent of federal poverty guideline, with priority given to those at or below 200 percent. • Must be past due on an expense incurred after March 1, 2020, due to COVID-19-related circumstances. • Recipients of rental assistance programs such as Section 8 are only eligible for utility assistance. • Must not have a federally backed mortgage.
