A new program established to provide financial relief for renters and homeowners who have experienced a loss of income resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility Criteria

โ€ข Must have a household income at or below 300 percent of federal poverty guideline, with priority given to those at or below 200 percent.
โ€ข Must be past due on an expense incurred after March 1, 2020, due to COVID-19-related circumstances.
โ€ข Recipients of rental assistance programs such as Section 8 are only eligible for utility assistance.
โ€ข Must not have a federally backed mortgage.
