โ€ข Restricted to tenants who reside in multi-family projects financed by Maryland DHCD.
โ€ข Must not receive other forms of rental assistance programs (e.g. Housing Choice Voucher, Project-Based Rental Assistance, Section 202, Section 811, or similar)
โ€ข Must certify that loss of income is COVID-19-related.
