Edgar Flagg is the Vice President of Real Estate Development for Mercy Housing Lakefront, where he leads the organization’s affordable housing initiatives. With more than two decades of experience as a developer and consultant, Edgar has advanced a wide range of housing projects across the country. He brings deep expertise in structuring complex, mission-driven developments utilizing tools such as LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, and layered public-private financing. His background spans both for-profit and nonprofit development, as well as advisory roles with housing authorities. Edgar’s work is grounded in a strong commitment to equitable development, supportive housing, and lasting community impact.
