Georgia Awards $13.03 Million in Community Home Investment Program Funds

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has awarded over $13 million in grant funds to 19 local communities around the state through the Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP). 

Applications for Sustainable Housing Incentive Program Being Accepted

South Dakota Housing is seeking applicants for the Sustainable Housing Incentive Program. The Sustainable Housing Incentive Program (SHIP) is a grant program approved by the South Dakota Housing Board of Commissioners to provide financial security to landlords and financial assistance to service providers to cover direct expenses related to finding and maintaining housing for the “hard-to-house.”
