Nine Developments Across Connecticut Receive State Financing

The Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) are announcing today that they have signed financing agreements for nine developments that will contribute to the creation of 658 housing units, including 381 affordable units for low- and moderate-income renters, ten of which will be designated as permanent supportive housing.

HUD Publishes Final HOME Rule

On January 6, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Developmentโ€™s Office of Community Planning and Development published a final rule in the Federal Register making changes to the HOME Investment Partnerships program regulations.
