CHFA Donates More Than $1.4 Million to Colorado Nonprofits
Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) has announced the recipients of the 2026 Round One Direct Effect Awards. In this round, CHFA is donating $1,434,000 to 90 nonprofits across Colorado. The average award amount in Round One is $15,933.

New York State Homes and Community Renewal Announces First Housing Acceleration Fund Project to Start in Westchester County
New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas today announced that the first project under its Housing Acceleration Fund has closed on construction financing. North White Plains, a $178 million mixed-use transit-oriented development in Westchester County and located directly across from the North White Plains Metro-North Station, will feature 296 mixed-income apartments, retail, and publicly-accessible open space.
