Iowa Finance Authority Announces 2024 Preferred Homeownership Lenders
The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) recently announced that 24 Iowa mortgage loan officers have earned IFA’s 2024 Preferred Lender designation. IFA Preferred Lenders serve as advocates for Iowans seeking assistance with the homeownership process and have received advanced training in IFA mortgage, down payment and closing costs assistance programs.
