Disaster Grants Available Following Severe Weather Outbreak
Families whose homes were damaged and were left uninhabitable during the recent severe weather outbreak are eligible to apply for an up to $1,500 grant through Oklahoma Housing Finance Agencyโsย Richard S. Lillard Emergency Housing Assistance Fund.ย
CHFA Announces 2024 Round One Housing Tax Credit Awards
Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is pleased to announce 13 developments have been awarded a reservation of federal 9 percent Housing Tax Credits along with an award of federal 4 percent credit to a paired development. In total, these developments will support 703 affordable rental housing units to serve various housing needs in Colorado including supporting individuals and families who are transitioning out of homelessness, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), older adults, and households with low and moderate incomes.
