The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Board has approved a plan to use more than $63 million in funds allocated by the federal government through the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to provide homelessness assistance and supportive services to at-risk individuals and families across the state.

MassHousing has closed on a total of $40.8 million in financing to Reed Community Partners LLC for the creation of Pac10 Lofts, a new, 180-unit affordable and workforce housing community in the Gateway City of Lawrence. Reed Community Partners has transformed a six-story section of the former Pacific Mills textile complex into new, mixed-income housing for households across a range of incomes, including 40 workforce housing units for moderate-income families.

Pritzker Administration Announces Funding Opportunity to Improve Housing Accessibility and Stability for Vulnerable Households

The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) is pleased to share that up to $60 million in state and federal resources is available to finance the creation or preservation of permanent supportive housing across the state. Under Round IX of IHDAā€™s Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Development Program, approved applications will support the construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing developments for persons at risk of homelessness, residents with physical challenges or mental health needs, and other vulnerable populations.

DCHFA Kicks Off August By Financing 130 New Affordable Apartment Homes in Ward 8

DCHFA has closed on the financing of Terrace Manor, 130 newly constructed apartment homes in Ward 8ā€™s Randle Heights neighborhood. The community will be 100 percent affordable, with all units reserved for residents earning 60 percent or less of the area median income (AMI).

Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund Team Attends Upcoming Community Outreach Events

Mortgage relief is here. Now, in-person support is coming to several community events this month. The Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund, or PAHAF, will have program staff on site at a pop-up PAHAF outreach event at Mifflin County Library in Lewistown on August 8, at two of Penn Stateā€™s Ag Progress Days on August 9 and 10, and at the Soul School Festival in Philadelphia on August 13.
