Kansas Housing Awards the First ๏ปฟState Affordable Housing Tax Credits
The firstย Kansas Affordable Housing Tax Creditsย have been awarded to four 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Private Activity Bond (PAB) projects. In January, Kansas Housing receivedย 11ย applications equating to overย $250 millionย in Private Activity Bonds for the first of three application rounds. Of the four applications awarded, the approved LIHTCs and PABs will buildย 436ย new units and rehabilitateย 181ย affordable units.
