NCSHB Announces Newly Elected Board Officers, Director

WASHINGTON, DC—The National Conference of State Housing Boards (NCSHB) elected its 2024 – 2025 Board of Directors in advance of its annual business meeting on Sunday, September 29, in Phoenix in conjunction with the Annual Conference of the National Council of State Housing Agencies. NCSHB Board officers and directors are self-nominated from among and voted on by the board members of the member state housing finance agencies (HFAs).

NCSHB’s newly elected officers are:

  • President Lowel Krueger | Washington State Housing Finance Commission
  • First Vice President Mark Schwartz | Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
  • Second Vice President Paul Kennedy | North Carolina Housing Finance Agency
  • Secretary Sonia Berg | Illinois Housing Development Authority

Virginia Housing’s Davon Gray was elected as a board director.

Michael Martin of the Wyoming Community Development Authority will continue to serve on the board as the Immediate Past President.

The National Conference of State Housing Boards provides educational and training opportunities for state HFA board members to help them govern most effectively. All state HFA board members are invited and encouraged to participate in NCSHB activities.
