About Phoenix

For centuries, the Sonoran Desert has been a source of innovation and inspiration. It began with the Hohokam people, who created canals that fed a civilization for more than a thousand years. Today, it can be found throughout the nation’s fifth-largest city in a thriving community that elevates art, culture, and cuisine. Neighborhoods like the Roosevelt Row Art District and historic Grand Avenue share an urban footprint with modern marvels like CityScape and the Phoenix Convention Center. No car is required, thanks to Valley Metro Rail. Plan your free time before, during, or after the conference at Visit Phoenix. (Source: Visit Phoenix)
