Overview

NCSHA is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation for potential impacts for our attendees. There is no change to the Legislative Conference schedule at this time.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are taking steps to ensure LegCon participants are as safe as possible from illness, including working closely with the Hyatt Regency Washington on precautions.

In addition to its normal sanitization practices, the Hyatt Regency Washington is cleaning and disinfecting building surfaces and high-volume touchpoints with increased frequency throughout the day. Antibacterial liquid and hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout NCSHAā€™s meeting space and at the NCSHA Registration Desk.

We also encourage attendees to follow these personal care and prevention tips recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

For additional information, please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention site.

NCSHAā€™s Legislative Conference is your best opportunity to educate the Administration and Congress about our affordable housing priorities and the impact of federal housing programs in your state.

To help you prepare to meet with your legislators on Capitol Hill, NCSHA will bring together key members of Congress and their staffs, federal officials, industry leaders, and political experts to offer their insights on the 2020Ā legislative agenda and how to advocate for your priorities most effectively.
