The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is excited to announce the release of the West Virginia Land Redevelopment Initiative (the “WVLRI”) Request for Proposals.  The WVLRI provides a flexible source of funding for the demolition of vacant and dilapidated structures in areas that have plans for immediate redevelopment.

Detailed WVLRI program information is included in the Program Guide and Request for Proposals (“RFP”).  Due dates are included in the RFP.
