Request for Proposals – Website Design and Development

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (“CHFA”) is seeking written proposals from qualified firms for website design and development.  In accordance with Connecticut General Statute §8-249(c)(4) and CHFA Procedure V-C-1, the proposed engagement will be for a period not to exceed three calendar years and for the calendar years 2026, 2027 and 2028.
