The New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is a public benefit corporation and the nation’s largest municipal Housing Finance Agency. HDC’s programs support the construction and preservation of multi-family affordable housing in New York City.

Salary Range: $145,000 to $160,000
Location: NYC/Financial District
Position Summary:
The Director of Budget and Financial Planning reports to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). This role will oversee treasury activities such as budget and financial planning and help to ensure that those related financial transactions, policies, and procedures fulfill the Corporation’s goals and requirements.
