Assistant Counsel - Connecticut Housing Finance Authority
The position is responsible for: documentation and closing multifamily financing transactions made pursuant to Chapter 134 of the Connecticut General Statutes and under other programs administered by CHFA including, but not limited to, federal low-income housing tax credits, single-family loans closed in-house, group home and supportive housing loan closings, state and federal emergency mortgage assistance loans, and real estate owned sale transactions; preparation of legal documents, closing of loans, and resolution of general legal matters involving existing developments under CHFA's multifamily housing portfolio and under the state-sponsored multifamily housing portfolio.
Director, Bureau of Housing Development & Construction - Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities
The Director of the Bureau of Housing Development and Construction, (hereinafter known as “the Director”), is a senior level position within the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities’ (EOHLC) Public Housing and Rental Assistance Division. The Director oversees all of the policies, programs, and staff related to capital projects at the 232 Local Housing Authorities (LHAs) that own and operate approximately 43,000 state-aided public housing units for families, the elderly, and people with disabilities (building replacement value over $18 billion).

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Data and Analytics Architect in the Information Technology Division. The Information Technology Division at the Washington State Housing Finance Commission works to support the commission staff to accomplish the commission's goals and objectives. HCR’s Section 8 Performance Based Contract Administrator (“PBCA”) team provides local oversight and stewardship of more than 100,000 apartments that have Project Based Section 8 Contracts from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This portfolio includes properties that have also been financed under various HCR loan and subsidy programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, as well as the Mitchell-Lama program and more.
