Registration

Registration is complimentary and open only to NCSHA’s members: HFAs, Associates, and Affiliates. For Part I of this series, preregistration is required by Monday, August 31. For assistance, contact registration at registration@ncsha.org.

Event Access

On Tuesday, September 1, you will receive an email from NCSHA containing your unique link to join the Zoom Webinar (as well as an alternative dial-in number). Contact registration@ncsha.org if you do not receive that link by COB on September 1.

Recording Access

The webinars will be recorded and available on demand to all registrants. After each event, registrants will receive an email with instructions on accessing the recording on demand. Contact registration@ncsha.org with any questions.

Cancellation and Substitution Policies

Cancellation and substitutions are not allowed.

Code of Conduct

The National Council of State Housing Agencies is committed to providing a professional environment at all of our events, welcoming people from as many diverse backgrounds as possible. NCSHA values the diversity of views, expertise, opinions, backgrounds, and experiences reflected among all attendees.

In pursuit of those goals, which are applicable at virtual and in-person events, speakers, staff, attendees, and volunteers at NCSHA events must abide by this Code of Conduct. Participation in this event indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of this code.

Data-Sharing Policy

In compliance with GDPR regulations, we respect the privacy of our event registrants. NCSHA does not sell registrant data, nor do we authorize any third parties to do so. If you are contacted by a third party offering registrant data or lists for purchase, please disregard the communication, as it is not affiliated with NCSHA.

To support our conference partners, we may share registrants’ business mailing and email addresses with sponsoring organizations. By registering for an event, you consent to NCSHA sharing this information with sponsors at our discretion.

Recording Policy

Recording (audio or video) the sessions is strictly prohibited.
