NCSHA Announces 2026 Board of Directors
WASHINGTON, DC — The National Council of State Housing Agencies elected its 2026 Board of Directors on October 5 during the association’s Annual Conference. Board officers and directors are nominated from among and voted on by the executive directors of the member state housing finance agencies.
NCSHA’s officers were re-elected to second one-year terms:
- Chair: Jennifer Ho | Minnesota Housing
- Vice Chair: Robin Wiessmann | Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
- Secretary/Treasurer: Maura Collins | Vermont Housing Finance Agency
Ralph Perrey of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency is the Immediate Past Chair.
Newly elected directors are:
- Scott Farmer | North Carolina Housing Finance Agency
- Scott Hoversland | Wyoming Community Development Authority
- Chrystal Kornegay | MassHousing
- Tammy Neale | Virginia Housing
- Steve Walker | Washington State Housing Finance Commission
Christopher Nunn of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs/Georgia Housing and Finance Authority was re-elected to serve as the Executive Committee’s at-large member.
Incumbent directors are:
- Dan Brennan | MaineHousing
- Bryan Butcher | Alaska Housing Finance Corporation
- Kristin Faust | Illinois Housing Development Authority
- Shannon Harner | Nebraska Investment Finance Authority
- Amy Hovey | Michigan State Housing Development Authority
- Nandini Natarajan | Connecticut Housing Finance Authority
- Christopher Nunn | Georgia Department of Community Affairs/Georgia Housing and Finance Authority
- Melanie Walter | New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency
