        Registration
        You must first register for the conference with NCSHA before you can make a hotel reservation within NCSHA’s room block. Attendees may register online, via fax, or by mail. Each registrant must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference activities, including educational sessions, the Marketplace, and networking events. Early registration fees apply only when payment is postmarked or received by Thursday, May 31. Contact NCSHA’s registration at 202-624-7710 or registration@ncsha.org with questions.

        Speaker Registration Policy: NCSHA requires that all speakers and discussion leaders register for the conference.


        Substitution Policy:
        If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute another individual. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement's registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing.

        Cancellation Policy:
        Cancellations must be received in writing. Confirmation of faxed cancellations may be required. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, June 8 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. "No shows" will be billed the full registration fee. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

        Conference Admission:
        Your name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to all conference sessions, meals, the Marketplace, and special events.

        Attire and Climate:
        Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. In June, Denver’s temperatures typically range from 80 degrees during the day to 50 degrees at night. Hotel temperatures may vary, so a sweater is recommended.

        Special Needs/Dietary Needs:
        If you have special needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please explain those needs on your Registration Form. Information on special dietary requirements should also be provided on the registration form. When registering online, this information may be submitted using the ADA Needs text box. Special requests made at the event site may not be fulfilled.

        Attendee List:
        Attendees who register after Thursday, June 14 may not appear on the conference attendee list.

        Consent to Use of Photographic Images:
        Registration and attendance at or participation in NCSHA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NCSHA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

        Professional Education Credit

        NCSHA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

        NCSHA’s Housing Credit Conference features a comprehensive series of sessions for both new professionals and seasoned practitioners. No advanced preparation is required for the conference; however a basic knowledge of state housing finance agencies and their programs is necessary due to the intermediate program level. You can earn approximately 22 CPE credits if you attend the entire conference.
