Christine Martin

Christine Martin has been in the affordable housing industry for over 25 years; spending time with both private and public sector groups. In May 2025, she joined LDG Development in Louisville KY as their Compliance Director—Multifamily.

Christine serves as part of the Technical Assistance Group (TAG) for the National Association of Home Builder’s HCCP Board of Governors and currently is serving as the Vice President for the Homes on the Hill (Hilltop area of Columbus, OH) Advisory Board.

Christine enjoys speaking on all topics of affordable housing at conferences, webinars and small groups. She has also written several articles for various affordable housing media.

Christine has two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Otterbein University, Westerville OH (Go Cardinals!)
