Tammy Brandt

After many years of working in the banking industry as a mortgage lender, I joined WCDA in 2017 in the Single Family Department. In 2019 I joined the Housing and Neighborhood Development as a Housing Project Specialist. Prior to being named the Director of the department in 2022, I also held the Housing Development Officer position.

As Director of the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department at WCDA, I oversee a staff of 7 hard working employees who allocate and administer the HOME, NHTF, LIHTC, CDBG And HOME-ARP programs, as well as compliance after projects are placed in service.

As a life-long resident of Wyoming, I am passionate about the great State of Wyoming and all it has to offer the people who live and play here. I feel fortunate to be able to serve the citizens of the state to aid in providing affordable housing and improving communities.

I live in Casper, Wyoming with my husband and two very spoiled dogs. I enjoy camping, fishing, kayaking and traveling to warmer climate in the winter months.
