Jeffrey Kittle

Jeffrey L. Kittle is responsible for directing the senior management team, strategic initiatives, new opportunities and financial results for Kittle Property Group, Inc. and its 600 employees. Jeff has been in the housing field for 25+ years, and is responsible for the ownership and management of 170 properties in 20 states. These developments include over 20,000 apartment homes and have utilized some form of conventional or government financing including housing tax credits and/or tax-exempt bond financing, the United States Department of Agriculture, HUD and the Federal Home Loan Bank.
