Chuck Kracht

Chuck is the Executive Vice President of Lending for Idaho Housing and Finance Association. Chuck oversees a statewide correspondent lender network as well as a small wholesale department, including Fulfillment and Loan Servicing. Additionally, his responsibilities include oversight of the Project Finance Department, and Housing Compliance.

Chuck came to IHFA after learning about the mission of state housing agencies and his passion for helping others. Prior to joining IHFA, Chuck spent 25 years working first in origination for a savings and loan and later in servicing with two large mortgage servicers in Denver, Colorado. Outside the normal day-to-day of lending and servicing operations, Chuck enjoys exploring the intersection of technology and mortgage banking, and new advancements to drive efficiency and automation.
