Mark English is the Founder and President of E&A Team, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in accessibility compliance for multifamily housing. Since 1992, he has guided the firm in delivering Section 504 Transition Plans, CNAs/PNAs, blueprint reviews, and construction inspections for RD, LIHTC, HUD, and HOME properties. Mark has conducted over 730 training seminars and works closely with organizations such as NCSHA, NAHB, CARH, USDA RD, HUD, and the DOJ.
