William Rudy

Will Rudy is the Director of the Relocation and Real Estate Division within the Office of Community Planning and Development’s, Office of Affordable Housing Programs. Previously, Will spent many years as the Deputy Director of HUD’s Office of HIV/AIDS Housing. He joined HUD in the Baltimore field office and has extensive programmatic, field operations, and management experience with CPD’s portfolio of community development and housing programs. His graduate education is in the disciplines of community planning and architectural history.
