Michael Hollar

Dr. Michael Hollar is a senior economist in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R). He administers HUD’s LIHTC data collection, designates Qualified Census Tracts (QCTs) and Difficult Developments Areas (DDAs), and conducts economic analyses for HUD’s proposed regulations.
