Monte Franke

Monte Franke of Franke Consulting Group has been providing assistance to HUD CPD programs for over 4 decades. He has provided HOME training and technical assistance since the program was created in 1990, as well as HTF and HOME-ARP since their creation. He has been part of HOME TA teams working on numerous HOME implementation products, including underwriting, cost allocation and monitoring tools.

Currently for HUD OAHP, he is providing training in HOME homebuyer program policies and is working on HOME and HOME-ARP implementation tools. He is part of Community Compass teams providing TA in several local PJs and has direct contracts to provide HOME, HOME-ARP, HTF and CDBG technical assistance to eight states across the country.
