Monte Franke of Franke Consulting Group has over 40 years of experience in community development and affordable housing. He has worked with HUD on the HOME, HOME-ARP and HTF Programs since their creation and continues to assist HUD in the development of program trainings and policy guidance. He works with state and local governments across the country in the planning, implementation and monitoring of these HUD programs.
