Tracey Turman

Tracey Turman is the Housing Outreach Manager at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. She is responsible for overseeing training, marketing, and outreach for the Georgia Dream Homeownership program. In this role, she collaborates with lenders, real estate professionals, and nonprofits to promote housing resources throughout Georgia.

Dedicated to assisting first-time and move-up homebuyers, Ms. Turman provides essential information about homeownership assistance programs. As an Atlanta native, she is passionate about making the American Dream of homeownership accessible to all Georgia residents. Her efforts align with the department’s mission to provide safe, affordable housing and to build strong, vibrant communities.
