Nancy McDonald

Nancy McDonald is the Director of Government Affairs for MassHousing. Nancy works with her team to advance the Agency’s legislative goals at the state and federal level and directs the Agency’s efforts to engage directly with elected officials and other stakeholders to support MassHousing in its work. As part of the larger Division of Equitable Business Development, Nancy supports the Agency’s efforts relative to narrowing the racial homeownership gap and advancing the Commonwealth’s climate goals through the newly established Massachusetts Community Climate Bank. Nancy has worked at MassHousing since 1996. Prior to that, she worked in the Massachusetts Legislature as a budget and policy analyst as well as in the Governor’s office. Nancy is a proud graduate of Stonehill College where she received her degrees in Political Science and English.
