Elizabeth Vernon

Elizabeth R. Vernon is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Lakeview Loan Servicing since joining in 2017 and is responsible for all components of asset valuation and pricing for the Lakeview Originations business. Additionally, she serves as the Capital Markets lead for all HFA clients and is responsible for HFA pricing and product strategy.

Prior to joining Lakeview, Ms. Vernon was a Senior Associate at TIAA, acquiring prime credit jumbo home loans for the corporate balance sheet while also leading a team of analysts in standing up the TIAA correspondent flow business.

Prior to TIAA, she held asset acquisition, corporate treasury, portfolio management and pricing strategy roles at Wachovia and Bank of America. Ms. Vernon received her Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Investments from Clemson University.
