Kristin Han

Kristin H. Han serves as the Vice President – Compliance with WNC, a national syndication firm founded in 1971, specializing in affordable housing investments, asset management and development services in acquiring over 1,800 developments. Ms. Han is currently responsible for monitoring over 720 developments in 48 states , District of Columbia and Virgin Islands within the current investment portfolio valued at over $13.4 billion for compliance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and related regulatory requirements along with assessing and managing risks in various stages of construction through stabilization. She has 30 years of affordable housing experience including low-income housing tax credit, tax-exempt bonds, and various HUD and RD programs. Kristin currently serves on the advisory board for the Novogradac’s Journal of Tax Credits and is a Past-Chair of Board of Governors for the Housing Credit Certified Professional with the National Association of Home Builders, and she is also an accredited Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P), National Compliance Professional (NCP) and has received the National Affordable Housing Professional Executive (NAHP-e) designation from National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
