Kristin Han

Kristin H. Han serves as the Vice President – Compliance with WNC, a national syndication firm founded in 1971. Ms. Han is currently responsible for monitoring over 740 LIHTC developments in 49 states, District of Columbia and Virgin Islands within the current investment portfolio valued at over $18.3 billion. She also assesses and manages risks of the portfolio from construction through stabilization. Ms. Han’s experience spans 30 years and includes the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, tax-exempt bonds, and HUD and RD programs. Kristin is currently serving on the advisory board for Novogradac’s Journal of Tax Credits and has served as the chairperson on the Board of Governors for the Housing Credit Certified Professional with the National Association of Home Builders. Ms. Han is an accredited Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C19P) and a National Compliance Professional (NCP). She has received the National Affordable Housing Professional Executive (NAHP-e) designation from National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
