John Chung

Mr. John Chung is the Chief Financial Officer of Idaho Housing and Finance Association since 2019.  Before joining IHFA, he was the Director of Finance at Illinois Housing Development Authority for over seven years.  Prior to his career in the municipal sector, he spent more than 20 years in the private sector in the structured finance space, working for Lehman Brothers, Bank of America, Standard & Poor’s, ABN AMRO Bank, GE Capital, and Wachovia Bank.  He was also an adjunct professor of finance at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago for seven years.
