Todd Folse

Todd Folse was born, reared and educated in Louisiana and has attended LSU EJ Ourso College of Business and the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. He owned a construction company for over 20 years and was a licensed building contractor in private industry. Most know Todd by his current role as Director of Construction & Compliance for Louisiana Housing Corporation.

Todd has numerous International Code Council certifications which include Green Building, Accessibility, Code Enforcement Officer. He is a HUD certified REAC inspector and also Building Performance Institute certified as an Energy Auditor and Building Analyst.
