Liana Webb

Liana brings over two decades of experience in the technology sector, with 13 years dedicated to Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS). During her tenure, the agency has experienced significant growth within the IT team, driven by her proactive leadership in workforce development and talent cultivation.

While the agency continues to leverage cloud platforms, there is also a strong focus on modernizing internal applications. Liana led the implementation of the Azure platform, unlocking new automation capabilities and integrating artificial intelligence to enhance process efficiency, reduce time spent on data transformation, and streamline reporting and visualizations. Her commitment to modernization and her ’cloud-forward’ vision ensure the agency remains well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of its stakeholders.
