Ryan Kim

As VP of Professional Services, Ryan leads a group of talented consultants at ProLink Solutions. The group identifies and addresses client needs and drives higher user adoption of all ProLink technology solutions. Ryan leads the Professional Services team, overseeing all aspects of client implementations, system configuration, and data migration. In his role, he ensures that clients successfully integrate the software into their existing operations, tailoring the system’s setup to meet their specific needs and requirements.

Based on his keen understanding of the affordable housing industry as well as knowledge and experience in software development and marketing, Ryan is a key member of the executive team and builds new business processes that enable the organization to scale.

Ryan joined ProLink Solutions in 2018 as Senior Product Marketing Manager after working as manager at CohnReznick for 7 years.

As part of the affordable housing consulting arm at CohnReznick, Ryan served a number of LIHTC investors in the areas of tax investment accounting, financial reporting, benefit schedules, and asset management technology.
