Brady Ellis
For Brady, the beginnings of a career as an affordable housing professional date back nearly 20 years to positions he held as a grounds man, maintenance man, and property manager of subsidized housing projects; each providing perspectives and experiences Brady still values immensely. This exposure to affordable housing lead to an opportunity to serve Idahoans at the Idaho Housing and Finance Association. After holding various positions of increasing responsibility and upon completion of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University or Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University, Brady has become IHFAās Vice President of Housing Support Programs. He oversees IHFAās foundation, federally-funded homelessness and rental assistance programs, and housing information and referral center. Brady participates in national committee activities for the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials and is the chair of Idahoās statewide homelessness response network.
