Stephanie Flanders

Stephanie Flanders, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Virginia Tech and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University, brings over a decade of expertise in affordable housing to her role as Director of Tax Credit Programs at Virginia Housing. Her career encompasses overseeing all LIHTC allocation activities, as well as the implementation of a state housing opportunity tax credit. Stephanie enjoys balancing her professional achievements with quality time spent with her husband and two children.
