Thomas Haffey

Thomas Haffey is the Secondary Marketing Manager at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. Mr. Haffey has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and has been with the Authority since 2009 and in his current role since 2018. His responsibilities include managing the single-family securitization process, GSE and Ginnie Mae relationships, single-family rates and lock desk, and all physical collateral. During his professional career, Thomas has collaborated with other HFAs to fulfill the nationwide mission of homeownership. Innovation is a key component for HFAs providing solutions that are equitable for all borrowers.
