Monique Gibbs

Monique Gibbs has dedicated her career and life to the advocacy and implementation of policy and programs to address disparities and advance equitable opportunities for all. Monique is the Equitable Business Development Program Manager at MassHousing, (Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency) where she develops and manages initiatives to achieve the agency’s Diversity, and Inclusion strategic business goals, through the implementation of innovative policies and programs, and collaboration with business partners and organizations. Prior to joining MassHousing, Monique’s professional background includes political and legislative advocacy, labor organizing and community engagement.

Monique is from the Bronx, New York. She received her Bachelor of Art in Public Policy from the University at Albany in 2013 and a Master’s in Public Administration from Northeastern University in 2018.
