Samanta Carvalho

Samanta Carvalho is the Director of the Office of Community Housing Development at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Her office is responsible for allocating federal funds to build affordable housing. Before working at DCA, Samanta worked for Athens-Clarke County Housing & Community Development Department. She has a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia.
