Kevin Murphy

Kevin Murphy is a partner in the New York City office of Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP. He serves as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and disclosure counsel for state and local housing finance agency bond issuances to finance single-family and multifamily mortgage lending programs. Prior to joining Hawkins in 2008, Mr. Murphy served as an attorney in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C. Mr. Murphy holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Municipal Forum of New York.
