Sheryl Putnam, Senior Director of Professional Development at Nan McKay & Associates has over thirty years of professional experience in federal housing programs and has been with NMA since 2011. As Senior Director of Professional Development, Sheryl serves on the NMA management team, overseeing NMA’s professional service activities including training and consulting. She has previously managed, directed and coordinated local and state-wide housing programs including the Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, Public Housing, and Housing Choice Voucher program.
