Daniel Delfino

Daniel directs the planning and program development department that manages several statewide rental development, homeownership and supportive housing programs. In addition to program management, the department performs research and analysis of housing market dynamics throughout the state. Prior to joining AHFC in 2008, Daniel supervised a multi-site Money-Out team for Fidelity Investments in Salt Lake City.
Daniel received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Portland State University and holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of New Mexico.
Outside of work, Daniel spends time with his wife and two dogs, plays piano, or is out training for fringe endurance events where finishing is possible, but unlikely.
