Jennifer Percy

Jennifer Percy is General Counsel at the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency in Raleigh, North Carolina where she has worked for the past 21 years. She has extensive experience in multi-family and single-family affordable housing financing, procurement and contracting, and privacy and public records. Ms. Percy also serves as the Chief Audit Executive and oversees the Agency’s internal audit program with experience in risk-based assessments, internal audit plan development, and management of external auditors.
