Felita Hamilton

Felita Hamilton is the Multifamily Programs Assistant Director at Tennessee Housing Development Agency. In this role, she oversees the underwriting and program implementation of the Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Multifamily Tax-Exempt Bond Authority, and National Housing Trust Fund programs. These programs are instrumental in the preservation and construction of affordable housing units across the state.

Hamilton has a proven track record in the development of safe, sound, and affordable housing. Having spent 19 years in the industry, in both Section 8 Contract Administration and Multifamily Programs Division.

Hamilton holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from Tennessee State University.
