Mark Whitaker

Mark Whitaker is the Chief Technology Officer for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) where he provides leadership, vision, and direction for the ongoing development and implementation of the Agency’s technology programs in its mission to support both tactical and strategic business objectives.

Mark has over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology field and holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University.
